Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PartForm Keychain Maker (the “Tool”) and any order you place through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The Tool lets you design a keychain and submit it to us as an order request. There is no online payment. We review each request, and if we accept it we send you an invoice. Production begins after the order is confirmed and paid, or otherwise as agreed with you.

2. Orders and pricing

An order placed through the Tool is a request, not a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and issue an invoice. We may decline, modify or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a design cannot be produced to an acceptable standard or breaches section 3.

3. Intellectual property and your responsibility

You confirm that you own, or have all necessary rights and permissions to use and reproduce, every logo, image, text and design you submit. You are solely responsible for the content of your design. You agree to indemnify PartForm against any third-party claim arising from your design, including claims of trademark, copyright or other intellectual-property infringement. We may refuse or cancel any order whose design appears to infringe third-party rights or to be unlawful.

4. Prohibited content

• Third-party trademarks, logos or copyrighted artwork you do not have permission to use;
• Content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

We review every order before production and may decline anything that breaches this section.

5. Licence to your design

You grant us a limited licence to store and use the design and files you submit solely to review, quote, produce and deliver your order, and to keep records as required by law.

6. Production and delivery

Lead times are estimates. Printed colours, dimensions and finish approximate the on-screen preview and may vary slightly due to the nature of 3D printing and available filament.

7. Custom items

Keychains are made to your specification. As custom-made goods, they are generally not returnable except where they are defective or not as agreed. Contact us promptly with any issue.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law.
