PartForm Keychain Maker · how we handle your data

This notice explains how PartForm handles personal data you provide when you use the Keychain Maker and place an order. PartForm is the data controller. Contact: info@partform.eu.

What we collect

Contact details you enter to order: name, email address, phone number (optional).
Your design: the keychain you create, any image/SVG you upload, the generated print files and a preview image, and order details (quantity, notes).
Technical data: your IP address and timing information, collected only to prevent abuse of the public order form.

The design tool runs in your browser; nothing about your design leaves your device until you press “Order”.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To review, quote, produce and deliver your order, and to contact you about it — performance of a contract / steps prior to a contract.
To keep accounting and tax records once you are invoiced — legal obligation.
To protect the order form against spam and abuse — legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf (for example hosting and email delivery) and only as needed to fulfil your order. Your design is used for production of your order.

How long we keep it

We keep your order and design files while your order is active and for as long as we are legally required to keep the related records. Order data and uploaded files for requests that are abandoned or not proceeded with are deleted after a reasonable period. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@partform.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Uploaded files are stored on access-controlled systems and are not publicly accessible.

Changes

We may update this notice. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
